Thomas William Fraser aka Tom Fraser,a longtime cohort of Johann Steynberg who participated in several schemes together with him275). He was described as a trusted advisor for Steynberg in MTI276) and can also be found in the Metadata277) for several documents relating to MTI. He also certified Johann Steynberg's Documents for what is suspected to have been MTI's meeting with the FSCA278)
