Why should I not send payments directly from my Exchange to MTI?
All exchanges use batch payments, should something go wrong your payment will be in with up to 300 other members who are also sending Bitcoin to MTI. If there is a delay or any type of query MTI admin will need to reconcile the complete TXID and this is not a normal function of MTI admin, so there will be an automatic delay in your Bitcoin going to your trading account.
Therefore it is better to send from your exchange to your own Blockchain wallet, then pay the transaction fee to Blockchain. That way only one payment from your own blockchain will need to be reconciled should a problem arise.

Evening team. On Wednesday evening i did a transfer out of block chain into my wifes MTI, unfortunately i had not got her to set up her 2fa at the time of transaction being done. Realizing my error in not having 2fa set we preceded to set it up This tranaction is till not showing (at the time of this message being sent). On thursday we did another transaction into her mti account. This transaction moved seamlessly and the funds are already sitting in her trading pool. How ever i noticed when doing the second transaction that the her MTI BTC address was different to her intial address i had sent the first payment to. I logged a ticket with support for this and chatted to my upline team (Sandy and Louis) and they have been a great help to assist as far as they could, i am hoping someone on this chat maybe able to help me further with this. Guys if you notice I've not been active on the group for some time now, I strongly recommend that what ever security measures that MTI say we should do we just have to comply cos it's for everyone's good. I and my family are just recovering from a shock due to my family lose of $60,000 in total to a company called CARRERA CORPORATIONS based in New Zealand. MTI for sure you can trust even if your expected withdrawals or deposit is not reflecting on your account or btc wallet you don't have to worry cos MTI when they say it they'll do it. Live has been a struggle, divorced single dad with 4 kids, low paying job etc, scraping thru the month never even a sent to spare to put away for pension or kids education. BTW guys, I wanted to share this with you. Saturday I logged into my FNB Credit Card, via online banking and my balance was on 0, all my money had disappeared out of my Credit Card, gone, missing. I immediately phoned the fraud department to report this and I was told that they have been in undated with these calls and that it was not fraud but a glitch in the system. I was asked to contact the KYC department, but only on Monday, office hours. This morning all my funds was back in my Credit Card. There was NO communication from FNB, NO apology from FNB, NO explanation from FNB and No one available on the weekend.

Why should I not send payments directly from my Exchange to MTI?
All exchanges use batch payments, should something go wrong your payment will be in with up to 300 other members who are also sending Bitcoin to MTI. If there is a delay or any type of query MTI admin will need to reconcile the complete TXID and this is not a normal function of MTI admin, so there will be an automatic delay in your Bitcoin going to your trading account.
Therefore it is better to send from your exchange to your own Blockchain wallet, then pay the transaction fee to Blockchain. That way only one payment from your own blockchain will need to be reconciled should a problem arise.
Why should I not withdraw directly from MTI to my exchange?
Then if a withdrawal is made from MTI, MTI also uses batch payments and if you are withdrawing to an exchange the same type of problem can occur and again there will be a delay and you will need to contact the exchange support, which in most cases are extremely inefficient but they are also not equipped to handle batch payment queries, just like MTI.
Make things easy for yourself and withdraw directly to your own Blockchain, that way if there is some kind of query you can contact MTi support and not the inefficient exchange support.
This method ensures the safety of your Bitcoin and you are 100% in control should anything go wrong.

Actually we have processed over 28,000 withdrawals in the last month, twice as many deposits.
(Glitch in an online business made reports on deposits a mess - how shocking that an online business could face technical issues.)
We have an excellent department and yes Monica and the team are working hard to help.
The issues experienced are not great but we are working through them, we are actually catching up and this will be resolved.
We have a support staff team that solves just over 3000 to 5000 tickets a day, with duplicate tickets, incomplete information, incorrect information and a membership where almost 50% are not 2fa enabled to secure and online account.
Then couple this with constant DDOS attacks, hacking attempts, FSCA drama, moving the entire operational system to new devices, security enhancements and then of course maintenance.
Oh and then still trade effectively everyday, keep communication lines open, develop resources and lead teams...
But yes I can see how people would think that it is easy.
Ask yourself WHY this management team works they way it does... hint: it obviously is not about the money.
