I have a persistent problem. I have secured my account by using Authy on 4 different occasions. I am allowed access if I use the code selected on the same day. The very next day when I try to access my account using the exact same code it says INVALID 2FA CODE. SUPPORT have assisted me on 3 occasions and I am about to send a 4th request to remove 2FA. Why should I not send payments directly from my Exchange to MTI?
All exchanges use batch payments, should something go wrong your payment will be in with up to 300 other members who are also sending Bitcoin to MTI. If there is a delay or any type of query MTI admin will need to reconcile the complete TXID and this is not a normal function of MTI admin, so there will be an automatic delay in your Bitcoin going to your trading account.
Therefore it is better to send from your exchange to your own Blockchain wallet, then pay the transaction fee to Blockchain. That way only one payment from your own blockchain will need to be reconciled should a problem arise.
Why should I not withdraw directly from MTI to my exchange?
Then if a withdrawal is made from MTI, MTI also uses batch payments and if you are withdrawing to an exchange the same type of problem can occur and again there will be a delay and you will need to contact the exchange support, which in most cases are extremely inefficient but they are also not equipped to handle batch payment queries, just like MTI.
Make things easy for yourself and withdraw directly to your own Blockchain, that way if there is some kind of query you can contact MTi support and not the inefficient exchange support.
This method ensures the safety of your Bitcoin and you are 100% in control should anything go wrong.

Why should I not send payments directly from my Exchange to MTI?
All exchanges use batch payments, should something go wrong your payment will be in with up to 300 other members who are also sending Bitcoin to MTI. If there is a delay or any type of query MTI admin will need to reconcile the complete TXID and this is not a normal function of MTI admin, so there will be an automatic delay in your Bitcoin going to your trading account.
Therefore it is better to send from your exchange to your own Blockchain wallet, then pay the transaction fee to Blockchain. That way only one payment from your own blockchain will need to be reconciled should a problem arise.

Then if a withdrawal is made from MTI, MTI also uses batch payments and if you are withdrawing to an exchange the same type of problem can occur and again there will be a delay and you will need to contact the exchange support, which in most cases are extremely inefficient but they are also not equipped to handle batch payment queries, just like MTI.
Make things easy for yourself and withdraw directly to your own Blockchain, that way if there is some kind of query you can contact MTi support and not the inefficient exchange support.
This method ensures the safety of your Bitcoin and you are 100% in control should anything go wrong.

Here’s what I have been gathering for the last month with these withdrawal delays.
I’ve been starting my withdrawal process on Sunday mornings my time EST which, I’m 7 hrs behind corporate.
I know my 48 hrs is going to lapse, so I click the escalate button, (No Biggie right) and THEN I send support an email with the subject line saying “ESCALATED WITHDRAWAL” this all happens the same day my 48hrs lapse which is Tuesday. Now, like what Dennis mentioned, the smaller amounts are definitely getting paid out quicker than the more larger amounts, which is fine with me..
A full 24 hrs goes by...
Thursday EARLY morning my time my withdrawal hits my wallet.
Recap:
Start Date: Sunday 10am EST
Tuesday 48 hr lapses, same day Escalated button clicked, email sent.
Thursday EARLY est time btc hits wallet.
So from starts to finish if we are counting MTI business days it’s 4 days.
With all of the craziness that MTI has gone through in the last 4 weeks, I HAVE BEEN PAID.. it’s just a few days later.
So moving forward! I know I’ll get my btc 4 days after the process has started. That’s my mindset going forward.
I will suggest to NOT start a withdraw on Thursday or Friday. That’s my opinion.
Hope this helps puts things in perspective but like Dennis mentioned, the smaller withdrawal amounts do tend to hit wallets faster.

We all appreciate the dedication and extraordinary efforts made by the MTI team to keep up with the growing demand placed on the system. However, it is a little discouraging for newcomers if the wait for withdrawals, unscheduled maintenance operations while at the same time being encouraged to do networking to grow the company. Perhaps it’s time to take a serious proactive approach towards planning ahead. MTI should by now have a reasonably good idea of how many new members are joining an an average basis and plan for it?
MTI is now playing with the big boys and should have a proactive and corporate approach to their business.

This is for our good as our community grows there is the need for system upgrades to be able to accommodate the growth. So let's all be patient whiles these upgrades are being down for our own good. I'm sure about MTI. There were times during the 7 months that I have been a member that my heart sat in my throat. However, I have learned to trust corporate. This is for our own good, we are all complaining about withdrawals taking longer than usual, we were told there was a glitch and technical team is working on it. When that work is done, the site is suppose to go through maintenance to implement this upgrade. So let's be patient while this maintenance goes on for our best experience

I wonder if banks and other financial institutions had telegram and whatsapp groups how many complaints there will be lol...some complaints that come to mind is, bank costs,, tax, why I only earn interest once a year, why I had to wait more than 2 months for a claim to be processed etc MTI is doing a fantastic job compared to fiat institutions. With MTI I am in full control, 0.00 fees, I get daily compounding earnings etc so if I have to wait a extra day or two for a withdraw or have to go through an entire weekend of maintenance , then I am perfectly fine with it 👍😀 With MTI we have an opportunity that no other company can provide, and never before was there such a company so there is no manual and as a result there will be some issues, but let me tell you another thing, I also have never seen a company that work so hard to resolve these issues. MTI is one in a million ❤️

No matter what the problem is, MTI is still the best thing that happened to me. I had 3 withdrawals that took longer than usual. The first time MTI saved me R30 000 because the payment took 3 days longer to pay out. I wanted to put that money into a more risky venture. That venture crashed within the 3 days that I was still waiting for my MTI money. The other two times I made more money was because the bitcoin price changed upwards big time while I was waiting for it to pay out.
So all three times it was to my advantage to wait a little longer for my money to pay out.
Still I would like to thank MTI and the leaders for all their hard work and dedication to gro our bitcoin.
Don't get exited. Sit down and think what this company is capable of doing for your finances over the next ten to twenty years. Do that calculation and relax.
I believe we are in good hands and that MTI is going to become one of the greatest and biggest crypto companies in the world.
Remember that all startup companies have growing pains

"Incorrect Code" errors with Two-Factor Authentication
1. ENSURE your device (phone) date and time are set to AUTOMATIC.

The Back office is live, but severely slow and the developers are still working on it.

Also it seems as if a number of the new members added last week are not able to login as it keeps saying username and password is incorrect. It is possible that you are one of the downlines that aren't showing and therefore the system does not recognize your login details as yet.

Also a further note:
There were payments done this morning from MTI, however not getting into the back office makes it difficult to check if yours says PAID. We have also not received the emails that say that the Withdrawal request has been completed.
*So the only way to actually check if you have received your this morning is by login in to your wallet and checking if the BTC reflects*
If and only if it is not reflecting in your wallet, then please just send me a message with *Withdrawal Outstanding* and your *Username*
Please do not send me this is you have not checked your wallet, I do not want to waste Johann's time by sending stuff that has already been paid.
Furthermore, I highly suggest taking a couple of rescue remedies and relaxing. I am giving it time to Thursday for IT to sort out whatever glitches there may be and only then will I escalate any non withdrawal issues to support and I highly suggest you do the same

Advice needed. My downline received an email t start all over with a new profile and attach and send a lot of things. NO PROBLEM WITH THAT.

You can re-register the new members as you did the first time. If you are battling to log in, please clear your browser's history, cache and cookies and try again. If still not able, please wait a while and try again. The proof of funding of the new member's account can be sent from the platform that you sent the BTC from. It needs to show the BTC amount, BTC address to which the amount was sent and the TXID.

ValR & Luno are Standard Bank clients.
Keep that in mind when you expect a withdrawal.
Time needed for withdrawal from MTI:
* Mti to Pvt Wallet
* Pvt Wallet to Exchange
* Exchange to your bank
which may take a day
or two
if it is from another bank
than your exchange
Also consider time used on the Blockchain.
There is sometimes bottle necks on the blockchain.
Thus,
Allow yourself up to 10 days to do a withdrawel,
but it can be as little as one day to have it in your bank.
We have tested various local exchanges.
and our experience is
that the answer changes over time.
I encourage my team to use primarily VALR as we had very good prices and speed from them.
But as mentioned earlier,
we had a very low rate from Luno over the weekend.

Just follow the instructions given to you in the email from support. I had the same issue with one of my downliners and he followed instructions and now he has his acc back and MTI will now put his funds back.
