I do not normally use this platform to make comments, but I feel it is necessary that I do so in light of some trend I see being posted here.
I would like to take a minute of your precious time to express nothing but gratitude to Monica and Cheri and all of the others working behind the scenes for your amazing dedication and commitment that you bring to this platform. Your excellent work to help, and to continue to improve the issues and glitches is remarkable. Like Cheri said, the majority who does not understand bites, coding or programing, you guys make it look easy and simple. We have no idea the amount of time and expertise to do what you are doing so the day to day trading keeps going smoothly while you deal with the issues at hand.
Before we attack, or criticize, let's trust the integrity that MTI has shown time and time again.
There are no need to be disrespectful or impatient. Follow the steps, send private message, things will get solved. When one is working tirelessly around the clock and see these kind of negative comments can be discouraging and disheartening, please let us be mindful.
To Monica and Cheri your patience, support and professionalism is next to none. You ladies rock and are amazing. I consider myself a new member, just started 3 months ago and I have nothing but praise for MTI. To you both Monica and Cheri who I recently started to talk to about some technical issues like everyone else was having and questions about some procedures. You where quick to answer and find solutions.

Why should I not send payments directly from my Exchange to MTI?

All exchanges use batch payments, should something go wrong your payment will be in with up to 300 other members who are also sending Bitcoin to MTI. If there is a delay or any type of query MTI admin will need to reconcile the complete TXID and this is not a normal function of MTI admin, so there will be an automatic delay in your Bitcoin going to your trading account.

Therefore it is better to send from your exchange to your own Blockchain wallet, then pay the transaction fee to Blockchain. That way only one payment from your own blockchain will need to be reconciled should a problem arise.

Why should I not withdraw directly from MTI to my exchange?

Then if a withdrawal is made from MTI, MTI also uses batch payments and if you are withdrawing to an exchange the same type of problem can occur and again there will be a delay and you will need to contact the exchange support, which in most cases are extremely inefficient but they are also not equipped to handle batch payment queries, just like MTI.

Make things easy for yourself and withdraw directly to your own Blockchain, that way if there is some kind of query you can contact MTi support and not the inefficient exchange support.

This method ensures the safety of your Bitcoin and you are 100% in control should anything go wrong.

Firstly this member gave specific referral links right and left to her referrals to register in order to qualify for binary.The system placed BOTH referrals on the right? Then the member created a new registration again for her referral to be on the left side in order to qualify for binary. The account that was firstly registered wrongly on the right showed PAID MEMBER without him even funding his account? After we funded the correct registrated position on the left the unpaid member still showed paid member not binary qualified. Then the referral bonus shows pending on her back office only on the one direct referral and not the second? Can someone please just help me to help this member to sort out the confusion?

For all pending withdrawals: Please ensure 2fa is enabled on your account.
Please log into your back office and then go to withdrawal history. If the withdrawal request has passed 48 hours and you are 2fa enabled, there will be an "escalate" button which you can use to escalate the withdrawal which will push it through to the next payment batch.

We have never had this happen on withdrawals before! We have explained over and over again the reasons for the delay and what MTI is doing to erase the backlog. Coming onto a public platform to complain does more damage that you can ever imagine! Cheri & I have invited members of this group to contact us privately in order for us to escalate the pending deposits and withdrawals. We have all Support members and management working around the clock and we honestly don't have time to keep repeating ourselves.

Here is the fix to the most common problem with codes not working:

"Incorrect Code" errors with Two-Factor Authentication

1. ENSURE your device (phone) date and time are set to AUTOMATIC.

2. NEXT, the most common cause for "Incorrect Code" errors is that the time on your Google Authenticator app is not synced correctly.

Follow the instructions to make sure that you have the correct time in your Google Authenticator App according to whether you have an Android phone or Apple.

If an email is not found:

1. Check spam
2. If not in Spam then your server is possibly blocking emails from us (this is the most common issue) then create an email to support asking for an email change. Give them a copy of your ID and a picture of you holding your ID then they'll change it for you. Choose a Gmail account to change to as a suggestion❤️

MTI has had exponential growth in the last couple of months and we are upgrading and improving the system on a continuous basis. Corporate communications went out on all the official platforms regarding the delays. If you are unhappy and can honestly say that MTI does not deliver on its brand promise to grow your Bitcoin, you are welcome to withdraw all your Bitcoin and leave.

I have asked if a payment run can happen today. Awaiting feedback.
But over weekends we have statements to upgrade, systems to test and lots of admin that we cannot do over the week.

I'll keep you posted.

We do nor anticipate delays from now on. The technical and support team have done a really good job and in this week we won't even need an escalate button anymore


It is important for everyone to realize that like with ANY growing company we will have challenges. I think what we ca take for the last three weeks is that this management team is not only capable but al so dedicated and that is a winning combination.

We have also had some incredible members that just support and appreciate MTI which is what we need.

We are dedicated to the MTI brand promise. And although we face challenges like any company we will overcome them and whomever comes along with us and grows with us will benefit in the most incredible way ❤️

Last week a couple people that decided to withdraw and move on, some even hate on MTI... very sad as they missed out on an amazing trade week 😔
Never make emotional decisions.

Look at the facts.
Be sure in what you know vs what people or the media says.

A person convinced against his own will is of the same opinion still, in the beginning I wanted to convert everyone to this wonderful opportunity, and talked them into MTI. After the first hiccup with FSCA one of our best friends withdrew all his Bitcoin and still speaks bad about the company 😡. Many people in my downline want to withdraw when Bitcoin is high and typically want to get rich quick . I love MTI for it’s transparency and the CEO always speaks up and inform everyone regarding any issue. I’m in it for the long run and will pray everyday for prosperity for this company. MTI saved me many times over the past 7 months when I ran short on cash.
Every company has growing pains and MTI addresses each one every time. When unhappy I take it out on my personal sponsor🤣.
Bitcoin will fall , and Bitcoin will grow enormously again, it functions on algorithms and even during low times MTI will still grow our Bitcoin. THANK YOU EVERYONE WHO PLAYS A ROLE IN KEEPING THIS COMPANY RUNNING FOR US . 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

I learned my lesson and refuse to sign on anyone who wants to make a quick buck. If a downline member wants to do that I advise them to keep money on their trading platform and sell high, buy back low , so do your own trading, NO ONE can ever loose money in crypto doing that. MTI is for long term trading, and down-liners constantly withdrawing money for trading purposes just throw around your group voume🤦🏻‍♀️ My personal opinion.

Yes I deposited my $200 into the MTI on November 9 however it took eight days for MTI to post after sending messages myself and my sponsor I was not showing as a paid member until November 18 however I had about 10 to 15 people who were members But I only got bonuses on three the ones who were paid members after the 18th.

Hi Monica, if you don't mind me asking and out of interest why does Luno not like their users sending btc to MTI? I've used them since 2017, I've always trusted them and they the biggest in SA so a bit confused by your comment?

In my opinion, I think it has to do with their new offering to their clients. They don't want their clients to transfer their bitcoin elsewhere.

I also got the same pop up Warning You're sending money to a high risk address when I tried to transfer Bitcoin to my MTI wallet. 😳😳

What is the reason that Luno suddenly has this pop-up when transferring to MTI? I know that we are being asked to use a private wallet, but it seems that Luno has felt it necessary to put this pop-up onto only transfers to MTI.
I would really like an honest explanation of what is going on here before opening a private wallet. Thank you in advance.

This is obviuosly a decision made by Luno. MTI has always recommended using a private wallet because exchange platforms do payments in batches and it is harder to trace and allocate, whereas a private wallet send individual payments, which also speeds up the process.

I think I should give Luno a call tomorrow and give them a piece of my mind and ask them why they are jealous of MTI. Why do they not want people to trade with MTI? Maybe Luno is a bit dodgy and is running out of funds and are unable to payout deposits because Bitcoin has gone through the roof and they use that as an excuse to prevent payments?

I think the BTC price has caught Luno out. They took BTC at low prices, and now they have to pay out BTC earnings at much higher prices and now they don't have enough to cover their clients. Strange that Luno, who I have never had a problem with suddenly start with these kind of delay tactics. I wouldn't be surprised if Luno suddenly crash. I will not trust them with my BTC any more.
MTI is totally transparent unlike stupid Luno.
Sorry I feel very emotional when I think of all the good work MTI people do, only to be hindered by dodgy crypto companies. 😡

They constantly updating the system because of the exponential growth of the company. Once the system starts you can't stop and reboot. I'm sure you've also opened things on the internet that sometimes opens immediately and other times take forever. I'm not saying that's wat is happening here but it does make logical sense to me. You will be able to withdraw when the statement run is done. The chainblock is extremely slow because of the high Bitcoin price and high numbers of trades. MTI is no doubt making huge prophets for us, so the statement runs can take long to allocate those very complicated calculations.

This happened before and is the main reason why this info will not be disclosed.

MTI has delivered on their promise to increase my btc every single day of the 7 months that I have been with them.

Spend your time rather in understanding how to use this amazing opportunity.

I am now on withdrawal of 60+hrs. My homework was done to sell at the right time and have minimal impact on the correction. Now we are way late in the correction and I am loosing value by the minute on my withdrawal because the system is stuck. STILL PROCESSING.

I think we should all keep in mind that MTI is the only platform where we are in full control and can withdraw at any time, al the others once a month, 2 weeks notice etc, so I think you will agree that they have a lot more withdraws to process and are under way more pressure, so lets give them some space. Even normal financial institutions out there it takes time to process a withdraw or claim, at one such financial institution I have been waiting more than two mnths now lol they promised me by the 2nd of dec , i hope so. Anyway so am really fine with waiting a extra day or two over the 48h with MTI, cause it is way better than other platforms or companies. MTI is the best I can withdraw at any time so waiting a extra day or two is fine

Hello Monica. It does not help to tell me that now. I think it will be a normal reaction of anyone to continue to look for ways to communicate - since nobody is getting back to you. I've tried to raise the issue by escalating the withdraw - that did not work. Then via the online CHAT option and that did not work. Then I've send a email to support today - in hope someone will reply. All I was looking for was a response...
So if MTI knew about the problem - why was it not communicated on all platforms - advising people about the issue and NOT to duplicate tickets?.. Now that I've been added to this group - I get the message. Still looking for someone's response to resolve the issue.
