Halo I made a new withdrawal yesterday, and the withdrawal confirmation message came in my Gmail, and I completed the rest of the withdrawal steps, but the withdrawal did not appear in the list and the amount completely disappeared from the account. What do I do please help

Why don't MTI block the back offices for 1 week, fix it and then enable everything again....

This will relieve the current pressure.

It will be important to communicate the daily profits diligently if this is the way forward.

@MonicaCoteze May I please have assistance in having my withdrawal pushed through as priority since I have been waiting for 3 weeks. My withdrawals have been reverting back to my MTI internale wallet 4 times now. The last withdrawal attempt was the 7th Dec. I have only sent one email as requested not to jam up the system, but I have downliners that withdraw their funds after my date and they have them so clearly the time people have been waiting is not being prioritised. We have been told twice now things would be fixed within a day or two. Three days later we are now being told we still have to be paitent. My rent is over due by 2 weeks. My groceries need doing. Christmas shopping has to be done. And today critical bills need to be paid.

It would be good if those of us following your instructions and having withdrawn funds on earlier dates than others get prioritised. I was was told 3 days ago my escalation would be looked at. But still nothing. This is critical now for me.

I have a downline of over 200 people, many of whom are jittery and contacting me worried MTI is just pulling our leg on the withdrawals, so that is adding to the stress.

I believed Cheri when she said this should be sorted by Tuesday morning, Wednesday at the latest. It's now the end of the day Wednesday and still no sign of my funds. Will I really receive them?

Empty promises is a very weak and low attack on MTI. They have kept 100% of their promises for 21 months now. This is the first time they are having some issues. We want to give some feedback on withdrawals.

1. Our withdrawal limit is no longer an issue and we have sufficient access to trading pool for withdrawals.

2. Our withdrawal reporting function has been fixed and we are happy with the resolution. Leaders are still helping with manual escalation just to make 100% sure that nothing slips through a crack anywhere.

3. Yesterday we processed over 5000 individual withdrawals with caution but successfully.

4. We will be focussed on withdrawals only for today and tomorrow morning to get ahead as we were before, we will strive to have this caught up as soon as possible and will keep you all posted.

We want to again thank our members for your patience and understanding. The last 8 weeks have been tough and trying on everyone. We understand our member's frustration and we want you all to know that we echo that frustration.

We do however feel that we are making headway. The move to the new server was done very quickly and without major downtime.
Trading is still going well, conservative but still consistent.

We have learnt much about this industry, this company and our teams in the last 8 weeks and we will look back on this time as a period of growth and learning.

Seriously, I get tired reading through just personal messages and think about this over 1200 members only on this platform. This about other platforms she may be in and the personal messages they all have to go through.

Life has its own challenges and when it comes to technology and online opportunities like this there is no difference. Let's please reduce the amount of pressure we put here on this platform. This is a challenge and we know we will overcome that.

I always say that we shouldn't just see ourselves as opportunist members of MTI but also see this as a FAMILY where we share a common goal of becoming financially free. Let's please be patience whiles we wait for Management to work through this. We all need solution and that's what they are working on to provide. The complains and anger won't bring solution, if it would by now everything would've been back to normal.

I would just like to give some positive feedback.

Earlier today I struggled to log in


I followed the advise and cleared my browser history and cookies and just for the sake of it, not that it has an impact on MTI, but for my own peace of mind, I restarted everything, my laptop, my phone and my rooter.

Then I made a cup of coffee took 'n breather and started again.

And yes, I logged in, got my new members link up and going, helped him register, did the 2FA and yes, we got the account funded!! Whoop whoop!!

It is just on the last pending Confirmation.

My withdrawal, well that one is escalated, but I have faith that even that won't take to long.

And yes, I did send 'n email.

Now instead of stressing, I'm going to sleep and check in the morning.

Of paramount importance to Johann and the Corporate team, is the issue of withdrawals.

The team is working around the clock to finalize all “escalated withdrawals” and Leaders were given the assurance that these “escalated withdrawals” will likely be finalized by Sunday, 20 December 2020.

The issue of some members receiving 10% of their original withdrawal was also discussed. We kindly ask all members who only received 10% of their withdrawal
to please submit a new withdrawal request for the balance.

DEPOSITS
The issue of “missing” deposits was also addressed

If you have made a deposit that is NOT reflecting in the back office, please notify your team leader as soon as possible.

SUPPORT TICKETS
It was brought to the attention of the Leaders that duplicated and multiple support tickets are clogging up the system, resulting in further delays.

Please note: If a support ticket is duplicated the original ticket becomes invalid and causes unnecessary delays.

Members are kindly requested to please submit ONE support ticket per query.

SYSTEM GLITCHES
As mentioned previously, we now have a brand new server. Installation, configuration and migration of data to the new server has resulted in some unforeseen system glitches.

The technical team are fully aware of these glitches and are continuously working on resolving issues as and when they arise.

I agree with Ganief, we want fewer questions regarding progress on withdrawals on this technical group. A progress bar sent out two or three times daily would easily help to solve this. Similar to the trading report screenshots, but on the manual withdrawal progress. It should also lessen unnecessary new tickets being logged.

SYSTEM GLITCHES
As mentioned previously, we now have a brand new server. Installation, configuration and migration of data to the new server has resulted in some unforeseen system glitches.

You must just keep in mind that you have a fresh withdrawal. There are 1000's that has been waiting for up to 2 weeks due to system errors. Payments will be done throughout the weekend to close the gap on previous issues. Those people will be prioritized. Just have some patience.

Bitcoin within our individual MTI accounts are held in cold storage. What that means is there is no physical connection to the internet and cannot be hacked into.

I am sure you are aware that MTI has moved to a different server, this was necessary for the future growth and prosperity of MTI and for us as members.

Some functionality like ‘Add Funds’ is temporarily disabled while the technical team are working tirelessly sorting out new glitches with the changeover to the new server.

MTI’s promise to it’s members has never changed with Johann along with the rest of the corporate team are fully committed in delivering on their promise and that is to GROW OUR BITCOIN

I understand the frustration we all are feeling, which includes the corporate team, we all need to be patient

May I suggest holding off registering new people while these glitches are being worked on. I am sure that soon all the functionality of the back office will be back to normal soon.

We felt it was necessary to bring our senior team up to date with the measures put in place and the progress thereof, in addressing the issues experienced by our members.

WITHDRAWALS
Of paramount importance to Johann and the Corporate team, is the issue of withdrawals.

The team is working around the clock to finalize all “escalated withdrawals” and Leaders were given the assurance that these “escalated withdrawals” will likely be finalized by Sunday, 20 December 2020.

The issue of some members receiving 10% of their original withdrawal was also discussed. We kindly ask all members who only received 10% of their withdrawal
to please submit a new withdrawal request for the balance.

DEPOSITS
The issue of “missing” deposits was also addressed

If you have made a deposit that is NOT reflecting in the back office, please notify your team leader as soon as possible.

SUPPORT TICKETS
It was brought to the attention of the Leaders that duplicated and multiple support tickets are clogging up the system, resulting in further delays.

Please note: If a support ticket is duplicated the original ticket becomes invalid and causes unnecessary delays.

Members are kindly requested to please submit ONE support ticket per query.

SYSTEM GLITCHES
As mentioned previously, we now have a brand new server. Installation, configuration and migration of data to the new server has resulted in some unforeseen system glitches.

The technical team are fully aware of these glitches and are continuously working on resolving issues as and when they arise.

In conclusion, we would like take this opportunity to apologize for any inconvenience caused whilst doing the server upgrade, and we thank all our members for their patience and understanding.

I recommend anybody that has not yet watched this to take the time out and watch this.... creates excellent context. Our BTC is completely safe and these current challenges are part of growing pains. It is contextualized well in this video. For anybody requiring a sense of security or update, please do yourself a favor and watch this. I am definitely leaning towards the first. Driven by facts identified in due diligence conducted prior to staking (the term investing is incorrect) my BTC in MTI and also listening to Ulrich Roux 's (MD of Ulrich Roux and Associates) position on his support for MTI, the BTC that he saw personal proof of that was transferred from FXChoice to the new broker which was confirmed to be in excess of 16 000 BTC and also his opinion and stance on the regulatory framework of BTC and Crypto's. He also confirmed that he was in the same room as the Head of the FSCA, another representative from his legal firm, Cheri, Johann, etc wher they clearly showcased the BTC balances and bot actually operating and proving live trading. in action. Ulrich is independent, one of the best legal minds and representatives in RSA and is not part of MTI. He is also extremely logical and has a lot to "lose" if he backs this business and what he says and supports is not factual and he has not jumped through all the necessary "hoops" to validate this. what do you mean by that, the total amount in trading pool dropping ? don't think that is proof of withdraws being processed, cause when it moves to incoming wallet it's gone from pool but doesn't mean it's paid, anyway still confident it will be done over weekend, one good positive sign is the website, running very smooth without any lagging

I recieved the email and initialized the withdrawl however had to keep refreshing as the site kept loosing connection as i was entering the password to finalize the withdrawal. I did log back in to the account after the site prompts "processing " and the wallet was and still is empty. So I'm under the impression that the transaction was verified by my side / both parties. Not sure if the Blockchain is still in the process of verification...hope that makes sense?

They create MTI scam groups and then have the biggest debates amongst one another... quite amusing to observe to be honest. a lady just contacted me, she tried to withdraw last night but website was slow so she decided to leave it and transferred the btc back to trading pool from incoming wallet, but it does not reflect also nothing in incoming wallet. Wallet transaction history shows BTC was sent from incoming wallet but it does not show where to, normally it shows in history "sent from incoming wallet to pool" but hers just show" send from incoming wallet" the "to pool" is missing so it was send but now just missing ...could it have something to do with the fact that they disabled deposits, maybe some other function also disabled ? when did they disable it was it last night or this morning ?

Often companies have to shed and retrench employees through hardships (economical difficulties, market changes, poor work performance or conduct, etc). I do believe when the system is back up a lot of the older “employees” (members) that have done extensive due diligence have seen the hard work, commitment, dedication and blood, sweat and tears invested from Johann and his team will remain and current and new members that are not 100% confident and comfortable with staking their BTC in MTI will leave and the steadfast members that remain will support the business better and will have understanding and provide better input and strengthen the overall company stance.... these trying times define who you want in your business and who are only passengers waiting for an accident to potentially be waiting to occur around every corner... my 5 cents for the silver lining side of the current technological challenges

The last two weeks have been very difficult, and the pressure is not lessening.

Johann Steynberg our CEO left South Africa on the 3rd of December for business. There was regular contact throughout the days with Johann providing us with updates and information.

On Monday 14th of December Johann had been processing withdrawals trying to clear the backlog. Nerina (Johann's wife) then received a communication to say he was going for some dinner & would later continue with the withdrawals. (He had processed over 3000 withdrawals prior to this message to Nerina)

Approximately 13 hours later Clynton Marks and Nerina (Johann’s wife) received an automated emergency email to say that Johann had not logged into the MTI system for 12 hours. This security protocol email provided critical info for the team to start the process of working without Johann. (Up till that point Johann was the only one with authority to deal with the broker & technical team).

Up till today we have not heard from Johann again. We are extremely worried and a missing persons case has been filed.

Since that mail was received the management team have been following protocols as laid out in the email, this includes working with the technical and broker teams.

As it stands today the technical team is back on track and actively assisting us. We have provided the requested documents to the broker to establish our ownership of the account at this stage. This is a lengthy process. Unfortunately, being a weekend, we cannot expect further communication from the broker until Monday.

During this difficult transition, we appreciate the understanding of the majority of MTI’s loyal members. We ask that there is no speculation or rumours spread, and we will share the facts as we get them.

Given the current situation I am personally concerned for Johann and his family.

I totally understand everyone’s frustration and perhaps questioning thoughts as to what is actually going on.

Lets rather wait for an official responses from MTI corporate and their leadership.

Personally I am still confident that MTI will continue as a going concern, Johann has previously on many occasions indicated that there is a contingency plan in the event of something happening to him.

Can I please ask everyone in this group to remain calm until such a time as we have definitive facts.

Dear Members

The last two weeks have been very difficult, and the pressure is not lessening.

Johann Steynberg our CEO left South Africa on the 3rd of December for business. There was regular contact throughout the days with Johann providing us with updates and information.

On Monday 14th of December Johann had been processing withdrawals trying to clear the backlog. Nerina (Johann's wife) then received a communication to say he was going for some dinner & would later continue with the withdrawals. (He had processed over 3000 withdrawals prior to this message to Nerina)

Approximately 13 hours later Clynton Marks and Nerina (Johann’s wife) received an automated emergency email to say that Johann had not logged into the MTI system for 12 hours. This security protocol email provided critical info for the team to start the process of working without Johann. (Up till that point Johann was the only one with authority to deal with the broker & technical team).

Up till today we have not heard from Johann again. We are extremely worried and a missing persons case has been filed.

Since that mail was received the management team have been following protocols as laid out in the email, this includes working with the technical and broker teams.

As it stands today the technical team is back on track and actively assisting us. We have provided the requested documents to the broker to establish our ownership of the account at this stage. This is a lengthy process. Unfortunately, being a weekend, we cannot expect further communication from the broker until Monday.

During this difficult transition, we appreciate the understanding of the majority of MTI’s loyal members. We ask that there is no speculation or rumours spread, and we will share the facts as we get them.

Reading this again put my heart to a calming mode. This means that management is working even without Johan so why are some of us panicking?

Let's pray Johan is safe and so is his family that they will receive comfort because this is somehow hard to take in
