Why should I not send payments directly from my Exchange to MTI?
All exchanges use batch payments, should something go wrong your payment will be in with up to 300 other members who are also sending Bitcoin to MTI. If there is a delay or any type of query MTI admin will need to reconcile the complete TXID and this is not a normal function of MTI admin, so there will be an automatic delay in your Bitcoin going to your trading account.
Therefore it is better to send from your exchange to your own Blockchain wallet, then pay the transaction fee to Blockchain. That way only one payment from your own blockchain will need to be reconciled should a problem arise.
Why should I not withdraw directly from MTI to my exchange?
Then if a withdrawal is made from MTI, MTI also uses batch payments and if you are withdrawing to an exchange the same type of problem can occur and again there will be a delay and you will need to contact the exchange support, which in most cases are extremely inefficient but they are also not equipped to handle batch payment queries, just like MTI.
Make things easy for yourself and withdraw directly to your own Blockchain, that way if there is some kind of query you can contact MTi support and not the inefficient exchange support.
This method ensures the safety of your Bitcoin and you are 100% in control should anything go wrong.

I reported on successfully getting my funds and can gladly say my p2p is also working just fine.
However this morning I sent an email again in regards to my P1 Share as this is outstanding since 29 November.
And now for some reason when I log in, that little summary block that is normally part of your dashboard is gone.
I logged out and gave it a few good hours, logged in again and it is still gone.
Any ideas?

If the P2P transfer was done just before the system upgrade was done then it means the transaction was reverted to your account that's why you don't see it in your wallet transaction history which means you will have to do the P2P again

It happened to me. I did a P2P transaction last Saturday just before the upgrade started. The transaction went through but after the system came back online I couldn't find the transaction in the wallet history and the funds were still showing in my trading pool

Why should I not send payments directly from my Exchange to MTI?
All exchanges use batch payments, should something go wrong your payment will be in with up to 300 other members who are also sending Bitcoin to MTI. If there is a delay or any type of query MTI admin will need to reconcile the complete TXID and this is not a normal function of MTI admin, so there will be an automatic delay in your Bitcoin going to your trading account.
Therefore it is better to send from your exchange to your own Blockchain wallet, then pay the transaction fee to Blockchain. That way only one payment from your own blockchain will need to be reconciled should a problem arise.
Why should I not withdraw directly from MTI to my exchange?
Then if a withdrawal is made from MTI, MTI also uses batch payments and if you are withdrawing to an exchange the same type of problem can occur and again there will be a delay and you will need to contact the exchange support, which in most cases are extremely inefficient but they are also not equipped to handle batch payment queries, just like MTI.
Make things easy for yourself and withdraw directly to your own Blockchain, that way if there is some kind of query you can contact MTi support and not the inefficient exchange support.
This method ensures the safety of your Bitcoin and you are 100% in control should anything go wrong.

Why should I not send payments directly from my Exchange to MTI?
All exchanges use batch payments, should something go wrong your payment will be in with up to 300 other members who are also sending Bitcoin to MTI. If there is a delay or any type of query MTI admin will need to reconcile the complete TXID and this is not a normal function of MTI admin, so there will be an automatic delay in your Bitcoin going to your trading account.
Therefore it is better to send from your exchange to your own Blockchain wallet, then pay the transaction fee to Blockchain. That way only one payment from your own blockchain will need to be reconciled should a problem arise.
Why should I not withdraw directly from MTI to my exchange?
Then if a withdrawal is made from MTI, MTI also uses batch payments and if you are withdrawing to an exchange the same type of problem can occur and again there will be a delay and you will need to contact the exchange support, which in most cases are extremely inefficient but they are also not equipped to handle batch payment queries, just like MTI.
Make things easy for yourself and withdraw directly to your own Blockchain, that way if there is some kind of query you can contact MTi support and not the inefficient exchange support.
This method ensures the safety of your Bitcoin and you are 100% in control should anything go wrong.

None of us and I mean it, None of us has ever encountered a withdrawal challenge ever since MTI was introduced until within these past few weeks due to server migration and the glitch that happened with reporting functions.
Let's note that we are not just members of MTI but a community of winners who believe in MTI due to its transparency, trustworthiness and consistency in providing results.
Every company goes through challenges either at the early stage or at a time where growth is in an exponential rate. We as members are required to continue trusting the process and staying calm during these times of challenges so management can do their best in providing solutions.
If you have a pending withdrawal that has taken over 48hrs, make sure your 2FA is enabled and then send your username to
@MonicaC73 or Cheri and it will be escalated for you. After this is done, just stay calm and wait as withdrawals are processed in Batches, no need to come to panic or complain.
We are a team and this is something we can all fight and win as a team. Panicking and continuous complaint of the same issue doesn't bring solution.

Someone put this so well on a Zoom presentation the other day. A route you take to and from work every day becomes congested and in a poor state with potholes etc because of population growth and higher volumes of traffic. Every day you moan that they need to widen the road...that day comes and then its stop/go signs and traffic is rerouted and now it takes you twice as long to get to work. Now letters flood in to the local newspaper, local radio is flooded with people shouting and moaning about the "useless" municipality—-all the while forgetting that you've been asking for this for ages. Then when the wider, new improved roads allow for hassle free travel and you're getting to and from work in half the time you used to then everyone forgets about the roadworks that had to be done to be able to have hassle free travel. I think a lot of us lost in some scams, but MTI is the best company I ever came across. I'm with them since Sept. 2019 and only had a good experience. Any company that grows like MTI will experience some growing pain and hurdles to get over. If you can't take a bit of a 🔥 🔥, stay away and work your 8 am to 4 pm job and working for a boss.
