  - Keep the information you post as neutral as possible. This is not a space for personal vendettas and putting emotion into your data impacts its reliability & credibility. 
    - Cartoons and humorous clips are not considered newsworthy and detract from the impact of the data. 
    - Keep the language clean and free from slurs or swearing. 
  - Reference everything. If there is no reference, it did not happen and an admin or another editor can remove unreferenced information. If you don't have a reliable reference for the source of your information, do not post it. 
    - Where possible, include both links and screenshots. All too often data is removed from the public domain. 
    - Suspicions are not verifiable and do not meet OSINT standards. 
  - Make sure the information you are posting has not been posted already. Avoid redundant information.
    - If the information is required across multiple sections, reference the section in an internal link instead of repeating the information. 
  - Make sure sections can be found from main menu items. If a new page is created, create the appropriate link in the main section. 
  - Please ensure that information you provide is in the correct wiki format language. The Style Guide can be found at [[https://www.dokuwiki.org/wiki:syntax|Wiki Syntax]].
    - Preview pages before saving to ensure all elements are correct. 
  - You are responsible for what you type. While the admins can protect you and your information from most sources, we have to comply with the laws of the land.
  - No doxing. While it is okay to post information that is in the public domain, please do not post personal information (ID`s, addresses) of people from non-public domain sources (ie, leaks/hacks).
  - At the administrator's discretion, pages may be made private or removed entirely.
